Hi dude,
if i understand it the right way it's interesting for all people with a 64bit OS and 4GB+x Sys Ram.
You don't realy need it, rf works without it too...
The patch "allow" the game to use up to 4GB RAM (or moore too? not sure..)...and this works only with 64bit OS...
You have a over all better Game Performance, faster loading times, more fps...
