Yes u can buy it. The guy in the video uses X-Sim Software.

It´s very complicated imo.
If I would do something like this I would use Frex GP ( www.frex.com/gp/ ) for a seat like this and Matrox Triple Head 2 Go ( www.matrox.com/graphics/de/products/gxm/th2go/ ).
It just a question of how much money u are willing to spend.
