Hi all! I´m new and green here, so have to ask if someone has opinions or knowledge about game crashing when trying to choose bierbude skins?

I have tried many times, offline the car shows before it loads the track, but trying to connect online and choosing the bierbude car, the game crashes before it shows the car in the upper right corner. Non bierbude car skins are causing no problem online or offline.

I have Vista 32-bit os. And I have reinstalled every car and track there is.

The administrator has disabled public write access.

Jowi OFFLINE Administrator Posts: 985	It should be no problem which car you use joining a server. On GTR-Evo it doesn't matter, if a skin is known by a server or not (different to GTR2 for example). I don't know, what causes your crashes but I think you're the only one by now? Very strange...

Duke OFFLINE Stammgast Posts: 337	We had crashes before with too large textures and too small video memory but that occured only with certain cars, and i guess it is fixed by now anyway. But you should double check, since there is no other solution by now. It's the only idea i got so far. Does it really occur with every buden-skin on your machine?

Rennsimulant OFFLINE Simulanten-Irrer Posts: 99195	I tested it and it does occur with some of them, not all as I thought at first. the game crashes when I choose the skin at the lobby. It does not get to load the track at all.
