I have already done this 10 times and all the same

I do a check of the integrity of the files in Steam and they pass my test then I do neinstalation autoupdater and me again over downloading the same files and I upload them then I again do a check of the integrity check of the Steam files and it tells me that 36 files have not been tested and will be downloaded again then the Steam loa ds the files and I again go into the game and I again have all the settings closed. then again I do neinstalation autoupdater and again I load the same files and everything is repeated again in Steam. I do not understand why only on one route online baggerse I have machine settings open and on all other routes on servers are closed .. can it be connected with the routes?
